#MMBBR #Review Who Pooped in Central Park? Scat and Tracks for Kids by @GaryRobson

Join four intrepid kids as they discover the surprising variety of wildlife that lives in New York City's premier park. The animals themselves are sometimes hard to find, but their poop is everywhere! Follow Tony, Lily, Emma, and Jackson as they explore Central Park, investigating poop (scat) and footprints (tracks) and learning the habits and diets of squirrels, chipmunks, muskrats, birds, raccoons, bats, and more!
Animals featured in Who Pooped in Central Park? include:
  • muskrat
  • Norway rat
  • eastern gray squirrel
  • coyote
  • domestic dog
  • red-tailed hawk
  • horse
  • Canada goose
  • raccoon
  • laughing gull
  • groundhog
  • red-bellied woodpecker

Gary D. RobsonAlthough I'm best known for my "Who Pooped?" books, which have sold over 400,000 copies, I have also written a number of technical nonfiction books, focusing on accessibility technology for deaf and hard-of-hearing people--specifically closed captioning and CART reporting.

My two newest books, as of May 2016, are "Gary's Guide to Successful Book Signings" and "Who Pooped in Central Park?"

I've also published over 300 articles in various magazines, newspapers, and Web sites, ranging from "The National Law Journal" to "Blacklisted! 411" (a hacker magazine), and from "Newswaves For Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing People" to "VLSI Design" (a chip design magazine).

I have taught computer science at three colleges, and currently own a bookstore in Montana.

This book combined a great story with the wonders of nature and animals. It was so much fun and made the kids and I laugh to explore the poop of the animals of central park.  I adored "the straight poop" facts and we learned so much while reading this book.  This book captured the attention of both of my boys and myself.  It captures how fun it is to explore nature and really see and explore rather than just be there.  It has a great message, beautiful illustrations and amazing and interesting facts.  5 stars
